To maximise availability for all guests, a deposit is required to secure all bookings. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions. We strive to accommodate walk-in requests to the best of our ability. While immediate availability may not always be possible, we will make every effort to provide suitable options later on the same day.
Many of our services can still be enjoyed while you have a fake tan. However, we can discuss your individual circumstances at your consultation for your total assurance and comfort.
You are welcome to attend either makeup-free or with a full face of makeup. We provide supplies for guests who wish to remove their own makeup; otherwise, we’re more than happy to do it for you before your treatment.
